To complete your registration, please ensure you have high-resolution photos of your build ready. We require front, rear, and interior shots, plus any specific detail work or audio setups you want the judges to see before the showdown. All builds are subject to pre-approval by our elite selection committee.
THE RULES
Liability & Conduct
By registering, all participants agree to release Southern Sound Showdown, RMJ Promotions, and the Rocky Mount Event Center from any liability for theft, damage, or personal injury occurring during the event. Strictly no burnouts, no reckless driving, and no outside alcohol within the venue. Vehicles must remain in their designated areas until the official move-out time. Failure to comply with event staff instructions will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the premises without a refund.
Participation Details

All load-ins must be completed Friday September 18th by 6PM

Staggered load-outs occur between 9PM-1AM Saturday September 19th
- Vehicles must arrive with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel for indoor display.
- Battery disconnect procedures must be followed for all overnight displays.
- Display materials must be fire-retardant and neat within the assigned footprint.
- Audio builds must adhere to sound limit schedules—no full-volume playback during judge evaluations.
- Trophies and awards are judged based on cleanliness, creativity, and execution.
- All registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable with approval.
Submission of this registration form constitutes a legal agreement to follow all Southern Sound Showdown 2026 event protocols and safety regulations.
